Technical Skills

1. Above 2 year work experience.

2. Must possess Intelligence and Aptitude to grasp things.

3. Should have worked on cloud, web based multi-user environment using .NET 3.5/ AJAX / MVC/ WCF/ JQuery / SQL SERVER.

4. Excellent database concepts in SQL 2008 / SSRS/ SSIS/ Performance Tuning

5. Excellent GUI and Report designing skills.

6. Must Understand and be good in documentation – this includes writing pseudocode, making data flow diagrams

Non-Technical Skills

1. Should be a good team player, and should have capability to manage a team.

2. Should possess Good communication (written and Spoken) and Presentation skills.

3. Willing to take Initiative

4. Should be in habit of constantly upgrading knowledge levels and learning new things.
