While there are no openings in our organization currently, here's a look at our job profiles:

ASP Programmers:

ASP programmers work with VRV only on full-time basis.

• Applicants should have a minimum work experience of 2 year to 4 years in developing Web Applications using ASP.
• Very Strong concepts of RDBMS are a must. 
• Should have worked on XML, DHTML and Java Applets. 
• Should be willing to work with defined development standards. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to understand and produce technical documentation, and ability to work in teams are must. 
• Key Job Responsibility - Will be responsible for successful completion of tasks assigned. Should be capable of leading teams to the same success.

Systems Analysts:

Systems Analysts work with VRV only on full-time basis.

• Applicants should have a minimum IT work experience of 4 to 8 years. Must have at least 1-2 years experience working as a Systems Analyst / Project Lead.
• Must have extensive exposure to full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to Microsoft Development Tools – Visual Basic, VC++ must. 
• Exposure to MS-SQL Server, Oracle  databases must. 
• Must have worked on at least one large project as a System Architect. 
• Should have worked extensively on Client Server development projects – as a developer and as Project Lead / Analyst. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Development Architecture and Tool set. 
• Should be willing to work with defined development standards. 
• Exposure to Financial (Finance, Inventory, Payroll, Sales and Distribution) and CRM Applications desirable. 
• Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to understand and produce technical documentation, and ability to work and lead teams are must. 
• Key Job Responsibility – Will be responsible for designing, and managing development of applications for our customers, helping in delivering quality solutions on time. 

Content Developers:

Content Developers work with VRV only on part-time or free-lance basis.

• Applicants should have a minimum work experience of 6 months to 1 year in developing content for IT industry.
• This should include either technical writing or web content development.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand given software and produce user manuals for it accordingly.
• Applicants must have access to the Internet and a computer.
• Ability to work away from office (in case of free-lancers) and produce projects within stipulated deadlines.
• Should be willing to work with defined development standards.
• Key Job Responsibility – Will be responsible for producing coherent and grammatically correct user manuals for various software projects.

Web Designers:

Web Designers work with VRV only on free-lance basis.

• Applicants should have a minimum work experience of 1 months to 2 years in designing web-based solutions for internet and intranet applications.
• Must have extensive exposure to multimedia design tools like Flash and Photoshop.
• Must have worked on at least two or three medium-sized web projects. 
• Must be creatively inclined and have the technical expertise to convert ideas to reality.
• Should be willing to work with defined development standards. 
• Key Job Responsibility – Will be responsible for designing applications for our customers, helping in delivering quality solutions on time.
