ACS uses their website http://www.acsinfotech.com extensively and effectively to reach out to their customers and support executives. Customers can access the secure customer area using the assigned username and password. Customers can download products upgrades, product patches, register complaints, access product
FAQs, trouble-shooting tips, view the product training calendar, register for training, upload some data for ACS etc.
The support executives also download products upgrades & access all areas accessible to the customers. More over the executives need to mark their daily attendance, enter customer visit forms, log travel expenses, submit tour reports etc. The website administrator can access a detailed MIS based on the data entered by the support executives. This helps ACS to monitor their support activities.
We have also developed a comprehensive Recruitment / Job Application module on the website. The applicant has to fill a form to apply for a job. The system does a first level screening of the application based on some rules and generates an email for the candidate informing him the result without any manual intervention. If the candidate passes the first level screening he is sent a questionnaire that he is required to answer and email back to ACS. This procedure helps ACS in saving the initial time spent in screening job applications.
