This system facilitates easy and fast approvals of leaves along with the maintenance of attendance.
Moreover, the system will ensure all employees will be able to view their balance leave status/ status of their leave applications any time/ anywhere, at just a click of a button.
- Application covers – Attendance & Leave Management processes.
- Maintains attendance and leave data for each executive
- Attendance may be marked online or uploaded from Time Card Machine.
- Different Leave heads maintained - Privilege Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity Leave etc.
- Leaves accrue based on company policy.
- Leaves Application Approval – a Workflow Process. May be validated by superior.
- Leaves encashment process defined as per company policy.
- The HR Department can view monthly report of leaves to be deducted and generate a Leave card for each executive calendar year wise.
