A comprehensive module on the web to record details of all on-site customer visits by the support / sales executives. The system allows online recording of names of visiting executives, people met, details of problems at the customer site (if any), action taken, future action plan, target date etc. Executives can also mail the minutes of the meeting to the customers. The head office coordinates with executives, and their requirements (if any) are entered in the visit reports. It ensures complete availability of information to all the parties namely executive, customer and the head office. It also provides quick access to a complete history of visits for any customer / executive online. The administrator can send reminders for pending action plans to executives through e-mail.
